About Zephyr
Zephyr Holistic Psychology is a boutique psychology and assessment practice located in historic Portland, just a short drive from the Blue Mountains in NSW.
We believe that people are best understood as whole individuals - not as a collection of symptoms or test scores. Our approach brings together evidence-based psychological practice, careful clinical reasoning and genuine respect for each person’s lived experience.
Whether someone is seeking diagnostic clarification, NDIS evidence, surgery readiness assessment or psychological support, our aim is to help them better understand their circumstances and identify a meaningful way forward.

...The word 'Zephyr' comes from the Greek word 'Zephyros' which refers to the god of the west wind. In Greek mythology, Zephyros was associated with gentle winds and the arrival of spring, bringing change, and symbolising renewal and warmth...

Meet The Team
Cam plays an active and integral role in the day-to-day operation of Zephyr. He manages client enquiries, scheduling, Medicare and NDIS administration, practice compliance and the many practical requirements involved in coordinating psychological and assessment services.
As an important point of contact throughout the client journey, Cam regularly liaises with individuals and families, GPs, paediatricians, surgeons, allied health practitioners, support coordinators, plan managers and disability providers. He helps ensure that relevant information is obtained, communication is maintained and each person understands the next step in their assessment or care.
With qualifications in mental health, relationship science and business management, Cam brings both practical expertise and genuine warmth to his role. He is committed to making the practice feel organised, supportive and welcoming - and is often the person quietly working behind the scenes to keep everyone informed, reassured and happy. He is also always pleased to offer clients a "cuppa" and a friendly chat while they wait.
